To support the launch of the two new Comfort fragrances – Tempting Nature and Tropical Burst – we're giving you the chance to WIN a trip to Rio de Janeiro for you and three friends when you request a sample pack online at www.ComfortTropical.co.uk.
- Offer open to residents of the UK only, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
- To enter the promotion, visit www.ComfortTropical.co.uk and register to receive a FREE sample pack and you will be automatically entered into the promotion to win a 10 day trip for you and three friends to Rio de Janerio. If the free samples have all gone by the time you try and enter, just fill in your details and we’ll enter you into the draw anyway.
- The closing date for entries is 31st August 2008
- There is a single prize, consisting of a 10 night trip to Rio de Janeiro for four people. - Total Prize Value: £10,000 (outside Carnival) or £20,000 (during Carnival) + spending money to the value of £1,000 in total.
- There is no alternative in cash or kind. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or elements of it for prizes or elements of equivalent or greater value should circumstances so require.
- You will need to register your personal details – name, email, address and telephone – online in order to have a valid entry into the Only one entry per household.
- The draw will take place within one week of the closing date. The winning entry will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified via phone or email within 24 hours of prize being drawn. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of being notified, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these rules.
- Once the winner has been contacted at the end of the promotion [a representative from Black Tomato] will be in touch to arrange specific travel arrangements and bookings for the winning group.
- No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for applications lost, damaged or delayed when registering via internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

We aim to dispatch samples within 14 days, however please allow 28 days for delivery. Conditions beyond our control may cause temporary disruption to the service. Although we strive to deliver every sample ordered, Comfort cannot guarantee delivery.
- This offer is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.
- All valid registrations will receive a free pack containing two samples of New Comfort Tropical – one Tempting Nature sample (green) and one Tropical Burst sample (orange), until sample stocks are exhausted.
- Only one sample per household.
- No alternatives will be offered.

"A Year's Supply of Comfort" terms and conditions
Only 100 videos can be uploaded to the site.
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- The first 100 people to upload a video clip in accordance with the upload instructions will each receive a prize consisting of a year’s supply of Comfort fabric conditioner. The prize will take the form of product vouchers to enable the winners to obtain up to 12 x 750ml bottles of Comfort concentrates from retailers who stock the products. The vouchers can only be redeemed against Comfort concentrates products, and must be redeemed by 31st December 2008. No alternative is available in cash or in kind.
- In the event that less than 100 upload entries have been received by 31 August 2008, the promotion will close at 23:59 BST on that date.
- No responsibility will be accepted for any entries which are incomplete, incorrectly completed or not received for whatever reason. Proof of sending by the entrant will not be proof of receipt by the Promoter.
- No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for any technical or other error that may arise.
